• DNS Error Logs: Failed query data retained strictly for 30 days for troubleshooting.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use data solely to provide, maintain, and improve our DNS hosting services, process payments via Stripe, and ensure network security. We specifically do not train AI models on your private zone data.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

"No-Sale" Guarantee: We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with:

• Stripe: Strictly for secure payment processing.
• Legal Authorities: Only when compelled by valid legal process or court order.

5. Data Retention

• DNS Error Logs: 30 days (for troubleshooting only).
• DNS Zone Data: Deleted within 7 days of zone removal.
• Account Data: Retained for 90 days after account deletion.
